Good one, Ian.  I would have had to scratch my head for
awhile on that one.  Yes, non-cubic cells are only working
with the first order Mur ABC (well, maybe second order too).
But non-cubic definitely doesn't work with PML yet.
This combination really should result in an error message,
but the intent is to provide a new PML really-soon-now
that will work with non-cubic, and quite possibily non-uniform
cells.  More on that when it develops!
