LC 2.10 now available

It's been a long time in coming, but a new version of
LC, LC 2.10, is now available.  LC 2.10 includes
these new features:

Special update blocks -- electric and magnetic walls which
can be placed anywhere in the grid.

Automated monostatic sweeps -- angle or frequency plots
of monostatic RCS

Magnetic conductivity can be specified as a material parameter.

Revised Import/Export dialogs, along with support for Geomview
output format.

The new version is available from the LC web site at the
same location as the earlier versions.  You can refer back to
an old email message for the location.  The location is always
of the form:

http://lc.cray.com/dist/CODE/

where "CODE" is a value assigned to you, usually the abbreviation
for your company, university or institution.  If you don't
remember your code, you'll need to ask me.
