Earlier, I started a distribution of some ports of LC 2.10a
and LC 2.10b, both of which had extended licenses.  However,
during the port to Linux, I discovered a bug that affects
all versions.  Therefore, I created a new version, LC 2.10c,
that is available on the LC web site now.  All previously
supported platforms are available, including Linux (thanks
to Joerg Schmalzl).

Both version 2.10a and 2.10b have a sourcing bug that can
cause unusual results (to say the least).  LC 2.10 (with no
letter revision) worked fine.
